The Department of Children and Families (DCF) Scholarship for Youth in Out-of Home Care

  • Have been in out-of home care (OHC) placement for at least six months after the age of 15 and left OHC at age 18
  • Have been in OHC for at least six months after the age of 15 and adopted after the age of 16
  • Have been in OHC placement in Wisconsin as described above
  • Have been in OHC placement in another state but has become a resident of Wisconsin prior to attending a Wisconsin postsecondary institution
  • Be accepted into a postsecondary institution at the time the application is submitted
  • Be age 20 or less, unless enrolled in a post-secondary program on his/her 21st birthday, extending eligibility to age 23

National Military Family Associations – Military Spouse Scholarship


  • Can be used towards degrees, certifications, licensure, clinical supervision for mental health licensure, CEUs and more
  • Are a spouse of a member of the seven Uniformed Services with a military ID
  • Are married to an active duty, reserve, guard, retired, medically retired, wounded or fallen service member (must be a service-related wound, illness, injury or death that took place after September 11, 2001)
  • Are a dual service military spouse
  • Are a divorced spouse, but ONLY if you receive 20/20/20 benefits

UMOS National Farmworker Jobs Program

  • Have farm work background or be a dependent of parents who have farm work background during the past 2 years (i.e. Crops, cannery, dairy, nurseries, poultry, Christmas trees/wreaths, farm animal care, greenhouse, hay bailing or any other related farm work).
  • U.S. citizen or legal resident
  • Must be 18 years of age & all males must be registered with the Selective Service

Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation


  • Child of one of the following:
    • Active duty, reserve, or veteran U.S. Marine*
    • A Marine killed while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps
    • Active duty, reserve, or veteran U.S. Navy Corpsman who is/was attached to a U.S. Marine Corps unit or who was killed while serving with the U.S. Marine Corps unit*
